Mr. Evans, founder of BE Represented, began his construction career in 2000 in residential construction. 

After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Business Construction Management, he spent five years performing general construction contracting in Florida and Washington mainly focusing on public works projects. 

Mr. Evans also spent 4 years working for Purdue University as a Project Manager and Projects General Manager, managing a team of project managers as well as overseeing several board level projects. 

In 2017, Levi was hired by TBIRD Design Services as a Construction Project Manager working alongside designers for constructability reviews and utility coordination, oversees bidding and contract award, and works beside contractors to ensure design intent is accomplished through construction observations and inspections.
