Cherry Lane was realigned to accommodate Purdue University’s new Pete Dye Clubhouse. With this project, the area was also enhanced with a new roundabout, multi-use trail, more lighting, and new stormwater infrastructure.

The Lindberg Road reconstruction project advances accessibility and multi-use path connectivity while improving stormwater drainage by keeping stormwater out of the wastewater treatment plant. For the sanitary separation, four commercial buildings and 40 homes were removed from the combined sanitary system.
Served as third party inspector to witness their contractor's pipe and structure installation. Witnessed installation and tested miles of sanitary.
The park features nature-play-focused playgrounds, trails, water features, public facilities, and Morris Schoolhouse. BE provided oversite on earthwork and underground utilities.
Multi-use trail for West Lafayette
included a cast in place retaining wall across Todd's creek and three modular block retaining walls.
The multi-phrase, multi-year partial road reconstruction improves access and safety by connecting West Lafayette's trail system from north to south with an ADA-compliant, multi-use trail.
Served as Owner Rep and Inspector to revise 3rd and 4th street from one way to two way. Scope included many ADA ramp replacements as well as new signal poles and foundations.
