Owners Representative

As your Owner Representative we are responsible for overseeing design and construction operations on behalf of you, the owner.

We specialize in building capable and trustworthy construction teams.

In our current timeframe, we understand the frustration of breaking ground and navigating through the red tape of

permitting and local utility approvals.

We aid owners in navigating through architectural and engineering selections.

We actively manage design to ensure your needs will be accomplished within your budget.

During construction we actively work alongside the contractors to ensure quality control, prevent delays, and resolve issues quickly when they arise.

As an owner looking to build, you will interact and negotiate with lawyers, realtors, private utilities, public utilities, government agencies, architects, engineers, surveyors, and contractors. As your Representative, we will provide oversight on the interactions, scope, schedule, and budget of these entities to ensure success.

Construction Management

As your Construction Manager we are responsible for actively managing the labor, materials, and subcontractors needed to complete the project.

We will create bid packages and seek after local talent to obtain pricing and together build the right team.

We will manage your construction project from start to finish, and be responsible for scope, schedule, and budget.

We believe the most integral part of

completing a project on time is the hiring trustworthy contractors and supervising the actual progression of the work in the field.

Think of your Construction Manager as the umbrella, of which every other trade falls under. Since we are responsible for managing your project, each subcontractor’s agreement falls under that same umbrella.

As your Construction Manager we will be accountable for overseeing those trades in the most efficient and effective ways.

This includes, but is not limited to, the initial bidding process and quality control.

Commercial Inspection

On-site physical inspection of major systems can be provided before purchasing a property. We also offer building assembly inspections during construction to ensure the longevity of the building.

As a Civil construction inspector, we have the capabilities to oversee,

inspect and test underground water, storm, and sanitary utility installation. We ensure the contractor is abiding by the geotechnical recommendations and project specification for backfill to achieve subgrade bearing requirements.

Working alongside and inspecting formwork for ADA ramps to ensure PROWAG requirements are met. As your inspector, we ensure correct materials are used and quality is achieved though daily observations and inspection services.

Our inspectors become an extension of your staff—providing leadership and coordination to improve schedule performance, minimize cost overruns, and ensure quality.

Environmental Restoration

Teaming with Intrinsyx Enviromental to intergrate phytotechnologies in the public realm to mitigate polluted sites.

Phytoremediation is a plant-based remediation method which is the use of plants and their associated microbes to remediate contaminated soil and water. Phytoremediation is more cost-effective, sustainable, regulator approved, and environmentally and socially responsible compared to traditional remediation approaches. Benefits inherently offered by trees—shade, carbon sequestration, uptake of greenhouse gases, watershed health, and habitat for wildlife.
Using endophyte technology combined with resilient tree cultivars, we provide a phytoremediation system that can successfully remediate even some of the most challenging polluted sites. We have licensed the use of these specialized Endophytes that can clean up sites contaminated with TCE, PCB ,oil ,gas, ammunitions and other hazardous contaminants. Our systems offer a cost-effective, sustainable alternative to the more capital and labor-intensive conventional remediation techniques. They also complement and can be used to retrofit existing remediation systems.
